Harold H. Bate was a philanthropist, investor, and retired lumber executive. Through his generosity, The Harold H. Bate Foundation has been funded by his estate. Partners In Education was honored to be selected as a grant recipient for $55,000 to be used for The Bate Foundation Individual School Grant Program and the Beginning Teachers’ Store for the 2019-20 school year.
