In times of limited resources, today’s teachers are continuously looking for additional resources. Christy Wilson, Kindergarten Teacher at Ben D. Quinn Elementary School applied and received a Weyerhaeuser Mini Grant and PIE Grant through our local Partners In Education (PIE).
The requirements for these grants are creativity, innovation, and the activity must be “hands-on.” Partners In Education provides funding and supports the Craven County School System through various programs.
