Laura Johnson and I went “gemmin’” at the Homeplace of New Bern this afternoon.
As you can see from the video, it was a “fun-time” had by all, even a few spectators enjoyed seeing what gems were discovered!
The Homeplace of New Bern Assisted Living and Memory Care Retirement Community Team are always trying to come up with new ideas for people to enjoy senior living. I believe they “hit the ball out of the park” today!
Next week, Diane McKeel invited us to McCarthy Court Independent Living to join in the fun at their “Gemmin’ Party”. Stay tuned to see what we find!
