>Local Fitness Study a Community Success – Snap Fitness

>For the past two months, the atmosphere at Snap Fitness could be described as lively, positive and healthy. The local fitness center hosted a free Fitness Study, inviting members and non members alike to engage in a three-week fitness program. The study targeted individuals who aren’t on a normal exercise routine, and designed to educate and promote the idea of a healthy physical lifestyle.

“We’ve had a great turnout,” said Dennis Howard, owner of the 24-hour access gym. “106 people completed the three-week study, over half have decided to continue their routine at our club, and every one left with an understanding of the importance of and most importantly the self-commitment to continue with a fitness routine!”

Study participants found that following a regular fitness schedule improved other areas of their life as well. Dave and Kathy Mosgala both completed the study. “We love it here at Snap Fitness! We both feel better and I have seen real improvement in my golf game, says Dave.” Other participants say they have had more energy and that their clothes fit better. Some, such as Dave and his wife Kathy, have used their new fitness program as a day spend more time with loved ones and have found that having a workout partner is a great motivator.

Overall, participants have seen improvements in their general health and wellness. Study results showed that 98% of individuals saw positive results and physical changes over their three week workout period. The Fitness Study began in March, with the last group of participants finishing in April.
