When the James and Coverdale families learned about the many students and teachers affected by Hurricane Florence, they decided to raise money by selling their own artwork and hosting a lemonade stand. They raised $517 that they chose to donate to Partners In Education to go towards hurricane relief for Craven County Schools because they knew it would make a difference!

Darlene Brown, executive director of Partners In Education accepted the money

from the children.
