Cherry Point Spouses’ Club Helps Connect Military Spouses with Community Businesses.
The Officers’ Spouses’ Club from Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point will host a Vendor Blender on Monday, September 22nd from 10am to 2pm aboard Cherry Point.
The purpose of the event is to increase awareness of the group and its scholarship and grant program and to cultivate relationships between the spouses within the military community and the community off base.
The event is free for businesses and military personnel and dependents, but donations will be accepted.
The Officers’ Spouses’ Club raises nearly $40,000 each year to give as scholarships and grants for military family members and organizations within the communities surrounding Cherry Point.
