Ash was left at the County Shelter in February 2009.
She was 1 year old. Her family said they couldn’t afford to keep her. After being turned over to County Shelters, cats may have only days or even hours to live.
Colonial Capital Humane Society rescued her and brought her to our no-kill shelter, where she has been for the past 3 years. She’s sweet and gentle but the stress of being around a lot of other cats is beginning to take its toll.
If you’re thinking of adopting, please think of adopting Ash. Contact Colonial Capital Humane Society at 633-0146; online adoption applications are at www.colonialcapital.org. Thank you!
