The City of New Bern, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, is currently administering a HUD Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). In accordance with the Federal Procurement Regulations found in 2 CFR Part 200.319, which establishes standards for the procurement of property and services involving the expenditure of Federal funds, the City hereby requests written proposals from qualified individuals and planning consulting firms for the provision of professional services in the design, planning and implementation of the City’s FY 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 CDBG Program, and other community development and housing activities.
The City of New Bern Reserves the right to Reject and all proposals.
