Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith in New Bern honored its top producing real estate agents and brokers at the company’s annual awards celebration, held this year at the New Bern Golf & Country Club. The company recognized its agents and brokers for their performance not only locally, but also within the Coldwell Banker network during 2018.

Top producing agents were determined using a calculation based on sales volume and sales units. Tammy Ferebee was the No. 1 Top Producing Agent in Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith for 2018, both in terms of sales volume and sales units.
Agents honored with the International President’s Circle Society, which is awarded to the top six percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, include Drake Bratton, Tammy Ferebee, Jason Thuringer and Connie Sithens.
Agents who qualified for the International Diamond Society, which is awarded to the top eleven percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, include Susanne Pendleton, Margaret Bartlett, Jami Turner, Linda Holland, and Wendy Jones
Agents who qualified for the International Sterling Society, which is awarded to the top seventeen percent of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, include Truby Proctor, Cindy Nice, Kimberly Wynn, Elaine Hiner, Donna Woodruff, Dottie Moore, Steve Little and Martha Cook.
Additional, special awards were given to Susanne Pendleton who was named Rookie of the Year and recognized for greatest increase in business. Tammy Ferebee and Drake Bratton received recognition as top individual agents by sales volume in the Neuse River Region of Realtors.
Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith is located in historic Downtown New Bern where it will celebrate its 35th Anniversary this year.
