Holiday movies to be shown Nov. 25 at North Carolina History Center
Tryon Palace officially welcomes the holiday season on Saturday, November 25 with showings of “The Polar Express” and “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.”
“The Polar Express” will be shown in Cullman Performance Hall in the North Carolina History Center at Noon and 3 p.m. on November 25. After each showing, “The Polar Express” Conductor will be passing out bells to the children in attendance. Tickets are $3 for children ages 12 and under and $6 for adults ages 13 and older.
“National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” will be shown in Mattocks Hall in the North Carolina History Center at 8 p.m. on November 25. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. Light refreshments are included and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” is rated PG-13. Tickets are $5 for children ages 12 and under and $10 for adults ages 13 and older.
Seating is limited at each screening. Tickets can be purchased online at TryonPalace.org or at the North Carolina History Center Ticket Desk located at 529 S Front St.
