Sunday ‐ 10 – 11:30am: Intermediate level Hatha Yoga at Rivertowne Ballroom, 305 Pollock St.

Monday – 6:30 – 7:45pm:  Multi ‐ level Vinyasa Yoga at Surf, Wind & Fire Store, 230 Middle St.

Tuesday – 8:30 – 9:30am: Returning Yoga Pilates Fusion at the *Gazebo at Union Point Park  with Sherry

9:00 – 10am: Easy Flow Yoga at the Red Shoe Gallery, 323B Middle St. with Darian

5:30 – 7pm: Yoga for Care Givers at Home Instead, Enrichment Center, 3601 Trent Rd.

Wednesday ‐ 8:00am: Beginning free 30 minute Stretch Yoga at the Gazebo at Union Point Park

Thursday – 8:30 – 9:30am: Yoga ‐ Pilates Fusion currently at Rivertowne Ballroom, 305 Pollock Street with Sherry

4/7/16: This class will return to the *Gazebo at Union Point Park with Sherry

9:00 – 10am: Easy Flow Yoga at The Red Shoe Gallery, 323B Middle St. with Darian

10:30 – 11:30am – Stretch & Stroll Fitness *meet at NC History Center, 529 S. Front St.

5:30 – 7pm – Yoga for Care Givers at the Home Instead, Enrichment Center, 3601 Trent Rd.

Saturday: 8:30 – 10am – Beginner/Multi‐level Hatha Yoga at Rivertowne Ballroom, 305 Pollock St.

*Outdoor classes may be cancelled in inclement weather.
