U.S. Cellular Associates Host Free Device Workshop in New Bern That Will Help Smartphone Users Get Most out of Their Device
As spring begins later this month, it is the perfect time to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. And, if you take your smartphone with you, you can add to your enjoyment by reading a great book or even catching up on your favorite TV shows. According to a recent U.S. Cellular survey, nearly one third of smartphone owners said they have watched TV on their phone, and one in five said they have read a book on their phone.¹
Are you interested in using your phone for entertainment or are you looking for more information on how to get more out of your device this spring? Devices such as the iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S 5 can provide entertainment on-the-go, and U.S. Cellular wants to show New Bern residents the tips and tricks of using these devices to the fullest.
On Saturday, Mar. 14 at 9 a.m. at 3125 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in New Bern, U.S. Cellular is offering a free Device Workshop where current or potential smartphone users can ask questions and learn about any device they are interested in. The workshop is open to everyone, and you don’t have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.
“We want to ensure that every customer knows how to get the most out of their device and has a great wireless experience,” said Jeremy Taylor, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in eastern North Carolina. “At U.S. Cellular, we also understand the importance of having a high-quality network with national coverage so our customers can use their devices where they live, work and play.”
Please call 252-638-1762 to RSVP to this Device Workshop.
¹ Results are from a nationally representative online survey of 738 smartphone owners conducted by U.S. Cellular in partnership with Maritz Research from November 12-20, 2014.
