The Veterans Employment Base Camp and Organic Garden will hold it’s groundbreaking ceremony at the Stanley White Center, Henderson Park, 901 Chapman St. New Bern on March 28th at 12:00pm. There will numerous speakers including the Mayor of New Bern, Dana Outlaw and NC State Commander of the American Legion, Patricia Harris. The rain date for the event is April 4th at 12:00.
