If you didn’t see Orleans in Concert last night, you really missed a fantastic show!
This International Band came to sleepy, old New Bern, as a fundraiser for the New Bern Historical Society.
Although they’re used to performing in front of thousands of people, they seemed at home with an intimate audience at Grover C Fields Performing Arts Center. The above video is only a short episode to their 2-hour performance!
For anyone who knows me, my evenings are spent working, and I don’t usually celebrate a night on the town.
When I heard Orleans was coming to New Bern, I wouldn’t miss it! I grew up listening to their music: Still The One, Dance With Me, Let There Be Music, Love Takes Time, and Reach among many more!
