New Bern, NC – Advanced treatment available at CarolinaEast Urology Center may provide relief for men suffering from enlarged prostate. Also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), this non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate affects more than half of all men over the age of 60 or about 26 million men in the United States. By age 80, close to 80 percent of all men have BPH.
