7th Annual Spring Break College Tour held on April 14th, 16th, and 17th 2014. Schedule colleges to be visited include East Carolina University, North Carolina Central University, and Winston-Salem State University.

Series of Camping Trips for students between the ages of 12-16 years old. The camping trips will consist of 5 trips, one weekend a month beginning in April. All trips will depart from the Stanley White Recreation Center located at 901 Chapman St.
Registration begins on Monday, March 10th 2014 or online at www.newbern-nc.org on the Parks & Recreation page under forms/ Recreation Centers. Each trip will cost $20 and registration forms are available at the Stanley White and West New Bern Recreation Centers.

May 24th – 25th: Cliffs of the Neuse, Seven Springs, NC
June 28th – 29th: Cape Lookout National Seashore, Harker’s Island, NC
July 19th – 20th: San-Lee Park, Sanford, NC
August 1st – 3rd: Grandfather Park Camp Grounds, Boone, NC
