House Bill 401, Funds for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, was introduced last week by Representatives William Brisson (R-Bladen & Sampson), Donny Lambeth (R-Forsyth), and Dean Arp (R-Union). It would provide $1.5 million in recurring funds from 2023-2025 to the Smart Start Network
