The Coastal Women’s Forum will hold its next evening meeting on Tuesday, December 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Chelsea Restaurant in New Bern. Informal networking will begin at 5:30 p.m. The meeting cost, which includes a buffet dinner, is $22 for members and $27 for visitors.
This year’s CWF President’s Charity is the Boys & Girls Clubs (BGC) of the Coastal Plains, whose mission is, “to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.” Their mission connects directly with CWF’s theme of Building Bridges. Andrea “Dré” Nix, Regional Vice President of Region 3 (serving Craven and Carteret Counties) at BGC) will be this month’s speaker.
