There’s a new fudge in town! Fudge That!™ is offering the decadence you desire in all butter made from scratch fudge. The exclamatory name of the new company came out of the frustration owner Rebecca Clanton had suffered when a business arrangement soured.
She turned her despair into opportunity by creating over 25 exotic and traditional fudges with names that are sweetly suggestive like: I Fudge Alone (chocolate fudge), Fudge on the Beach (key lime fudge with a graham cracker crust), and Ride ‘Em Cowboy (chocolate fudge with a kick of candied jalapeño peppers.) In May she started selling the fudge at the New Bern Farmer’s Market and had customers clamoring for her Who Gets the Cherry? (white chocolate cherry fudge) with a blush and a giggle.

The website: getfudgedup.com provides comely descriptions of each fudge flavor and even offers Frequent Fudger benefits. While the names may be silly, Clanton is serious about fudge. Her Fudge That!TM creations are made from scratch with only the best butter, sugar, cream, chocolate, nuts, and other fantastic flavorings.
