So, if you’re looking to catch up on your romantic movies or just to have a sweet outing with your special someone, then take time during the Nicholas Sparks Celebrity Family Weekend to watch The Notebook, The Last Song, Dear John, Nights in Rodanthe, A Walk to Remember, or Message in a Bottle.
The Notebook, his first major creative work will kick off the Film Festival and close out the Film Festival on Sunday.
Please join us for one or all six of the movies based on his novels and you’ll be joining Nicholas Sparks in contributing to the renovations of this 100-year old entertainment facility located at 414 Pollock Street, New Bern, NC.

welcome to view the celebrities arriving to the Athens Theatre from the sidewalk
adjacent from the theatre.

This red carpet event will be held at the historic Athens Theatre. Mr. Sparks and his guests will arrive between 8 and 8:30 pm to mingle on the red carpet outside the theatre before being seated at 9.
