The Twin Rivers Corvette Club was founded to provide a focal point for all Corvette Communities in the Eastern North Carolina areas such as, New Bern, Morehead City, Winterville, Greenville, Chocowinity, Havelock, Jacksonville, The Twin Rivers Corvette Club had a very humble beginning with just 4 cars and 6 members in 1981. Since then, the Twin Rivers Corvette Club has now swollen to be able to boast a 2011 membership that included 105 cars. The fellowship and the comradery, as well as the love a classic automobile, invite additional member to come join us. The TRCC supports the Wounded Warriors, MADD, The Food Bank of Eastern North Carolina, The Honor Flight, Carteret Community College and our own GYSGT Michael S. Casey Annual Toy Run to the Marines and their families at the New River Air Station. Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Carolina Grill Restaurant in New Bern. Please arrive at 06:00 PM to join other members for a pre-meeting dinner and socializing.
We are celebrating out 20thAnniversary with a special Corvette Event on Saturday April 14th 2012. The registration is 09:00 am to 10:00 am in either the Trophy or Certificate categories. The event time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Come out to the Joe Alcoke Chevrolet Dealership at3405 Dr. M.L. King Jr.Blvd., New Bern, NC. There is an entry fee of $20.00 which includes a commemorative t-shirt, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, drink, & cake! There will also be a 50/50 Drawing & Door Prizes Registration Trophy Category will have 1st and 2nd Place Trophies for C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 as well as trophies for People’s Choice & Children’s Choice
The Certificate of Participation Category allows you to drive your car in and park so we can admire your car as you drive it.
