I received an update from Nancy Hawley of Tryon Palace regarding the North Carolina Governor’s Conference on Hospitality & Tourism this past week in New Bern.
As we celebrate our 300th Anniversary, Tryon Palace Historic Sites and Gardens was appropriately designated the site of the opening reception. For those who don’t know, Tryon Palace is the Landmark for NC’s Colonial and First State Capitol Building.
“The Latham Garden was lit by candlelight and was absolutely beautiful! The tulips are coming up and they will be spectacular this year. Give them a couple weeks…” – Nancy Hawley
